Personal data and cookies

What data we collect on this site, why we collect it, and how to manage your preferences.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. It allows the site to work properly, to remember your preferences, or to measure its audience.

Cookies used on this site

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential to the operation of the site and to the security of your browsing session. They are placed by our host, Webflow, and do not require your consent. Without them, certain features such as form submission cannot work.

We also store your cookie preferences in your browser for six months. After that period, you will be asked again.

Content provided by external services

Some pages display customer reviews hosted by third-party platforms. This content loads only after you agree to it. Until you accept, a placeholder appears instead, and you can choose to display each item individually.

Three services are involved:

Displaying this content sends your IP address to the service concerned and may result in trackers being placed under that service's own privacy policy.

Audience measurement

We are putting in place an audience measurement tool to understand how this site is used and to improve its content. The data collected is used to produce visit statistics: pages viewed, number of visits, and traffic sources.

The name of the service used, the lifetime of its trackers and where the data is hosted will be stated here once it goes live. If this tool places trackers on your device, it will do so only with your prior consent, and you can refuse without any effect on your browsing.

Managing your preferences

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse external content. The “Manage my cookies” button, at the bottom left of every page, lets you change your choice at any time.

You can also configure your browser to refuse cookies. Refusing external content does not prevent access to the content of the site.

The data you send us

Two forms on this site collect personal data.

Demo request form

We collect your last name, first name, company, job title, phone number, business email address and the content of your message. This data is used to handle your request and to get back to you.

Publication download form

We collect your last name, first name, company and email address. This data is used to give you access to the document and, if you explicitly consent, to send you our communications on supply chain planning.

Where this data is hosted

This website is hosted by Webflow, Inc. in the United States. Data submitted through the forms on this site therefore passes through that infrastructure, under the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

This applies to the website only. Our customers' data and the Ganacos platform itself are hosted in France. See the Data sovereignty page.

How long we keep it

Three years from your last contact with us, for prospects. For the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then in line with legal archiving obligations, for customers.

Who has access to it

The Ganacos sales and marketing teams, and no third party. Your data is neither sold nor transferred.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@ganacos.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France.
