Data collected and purposes

We collect only the data you submit to us voluntarily through the forms on this site, together with the browsing data described on our Personal data and cookies page.

Legal bases

Performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract, for commercial enquiries and the customer relationship. Your consent, for marketing communications and non-essential cookies. Our legitimate interest in securing and improving our website.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to the Ganacos sales and marketing teams. It may be processed by our technical subcontractors, in particular our website host and our email service, acting on our instructions. Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

Transfers outside the European Union

This website is hosted by Webflow, Inc., a company established in the United States. Data submitted through the forms on this site may therefore be processed outside the European Union, under the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

This applies to the website only. Our customers' data and the Ganacos platform are hosted in France and are not transferred outside the country. Our commitments are set out in detail on the Data sovereignty page.

Retention periods

Three years from the last contact, for prospects. For the entire duration of the contractual relationship for customers, followed by the archiving period required by legal and accounting obligations. Thirteen months maximum for audience measurement cookies.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access and disclosure: encryption of communications, access control, and restriction of the people authorized to handle it.

Your rights

Under European Regulation 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and port your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time and set instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@ganacos.com. You will receive a reply within one month.

If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.

This policy may be amended to reflect changes in the law or in our practices. The applicable version is the one published on this page.

Governing law and reference language

This document is governed by French law. A translation may be provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, only the French version is authoritative.
